Intermediate Level – Those who are accomplished in Shadow Yoga & Nrtta Sadhana forms.
Pranayama has layers of meaning, according to the science of hatha yoga, Prana is the life force. A subtle energy that exists in all living beings until their departure from the physical body. The second half of the word Ayama refers to the lengthening or the prolonging of the life force.
The Three Bandhas & Mudras workshop is beneficial to learn prior to the pranayama workshop.
