24–25 April, Melbourne: Three Bandhas & Mudras
With Emma Balnaves
Two days. Saturday & Sunday 6:30-8:30am
Open Level – if you are new to Shadow Yoga we would recommend some classes with a local teacher before the workshop.
Bandha and mudra are the tools in Hatha yoga to tie or bind the energies cultivated in the dynamic activities of asana. They gather the energy to a single point (bindu). Mudra refers to a seal or hermetic isolation where the energy is directed to one part of the body and held there with attention for a specific length of time.
This workshop is good preparation for the Pranayama course.
Note: There will be a 10% early bird discount offered for bookings made two weeks in advance of first class and payment received within 2 days of invoice.
