4–5 June, Adelaide: Hatha Yoga Cleansings

Hatha Yoga Cleansings with Emma Balnaves

  • Saturday and Sunday, 7–9am

The Hatha Yoga cleansing process is referred to as ‘Kriya’ – there are six in number and all are clearly described in the classic yogic text, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

These Kriyas are for the tongue, the eyes, the ears, the respiratory system, the abdominal viscera & intestines.

In these two classes, Emma will introduce the simple daily cleansings suitable for the beginner or experienced practitioner of yoga. With daily application, obstructions will be dissolved building a stronger immunity and improved resistance to disease. They also sharpen the mind and keep clear the passages where waste can accumulate.

Open level – Some yoga experience recommended.
