Discourse programme with Sundernath. Twelve part Lecture Series

These monthly discourses were recorded during 2020–2021, at the time of the Full Moon.

Sundernath (Shandor Remete) shares information imparted to him and gives guidance on how to proceed on the path of yoga. The discourses consist of the hidden instructions within the prayers, the technical keys to Nrtta (pure dance), Asanas, Mudras, Pranayamas, and more. It is the first time the information given to Sundernath by his Guru has been revealed.

The full lecture series is now available as a twelve-part set.

Note – these discourses will only be relevant to Shadow Yoga practitioners.

The series includes:

  1. Pranam (Invocation)

Shadow Yoga is concerned with the social and environmental impacts of industry and the marginalisation of various groups. We have pledged 1% of sales to help fund diverse grassroots organizations and appreciate the support of our community.

In 2002, Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, created 1% for the Planet and started a global movement. “The intent of 1% for the Planet is to help fund these diverse environmental organizations so that collectively they can be a more powerful source in solving the world’s problems.”
