During this three hour workshop focusing on menopause, Emma will share her insights on how to harness the female energy through Hatha yoga practices.
She will impart tools from the hatha yoga discipline to consider implementing during this important time of transition for women.
Included is Emma’s Seasonal Mandala Ebook which she designed for use as a tool for practitioners to help explain the connections we have to mother nature and how to use these connections in our daily life.
