With Sundernāth & Emma
In the countryside just over one hour North East of Budapest lies the beautiful retreat space of Farkaskútvölgy.
Over four days and eight sessions leading up to and concluding on the Full Moon, we will investigate the 16 adharas (locations) taught by Guru Goraknāth.
This system utilises the waxing and waning energies of the moon as it moves through the lunar cycle. Each day the moon influences a different location within the physical body. All the constituent parts of the mind are drawn together at this centre rendering the body completely still and motionless and allowing the ‘Sahaja’, the natural spontaneous light of the inner energy of consciousness, to soar to the heights of equanimity of Dhyana (meditation).
This course is suitable for all yoga practitioners.
