Emma and Kate will share practical tools from Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda to support and strengthen women’s health through the various phases of life. The session will include a practical yoga class, followed by a Q&A with both Emma and Kate.
Emma Balnaves takes you on a journey to understand a woman’s requirements on the hatha yogic path during the three stages of Menstruation, Pregnancy, and Menopause.
Kate O’Donnell, author of Everyday Ayurveda for Women’s Health, breaks down the Ayurvedic view on hormone balance and imbalance and offers strategic practices for women to bolster inner strength, radiance and the smooth transition between those phases.
All women are welcome.
A portion of the profit will be donated to local charity Rosie’s Place.
