Guided by Sundernāth.
Three weekend sessions:
- Saturday 28 November: 4–6pm
- Sunday 29 November: 9–11am & 4–6pm
Hamsa Sadhana is offered in reverence to the guru Matsyendranath, sun of the eight directions, and his disciple Gorakshanath, moon of the sixteen adharas of the waxing and waning cycles.
The practical application of the sixteen adharas of the moon’s unfolding light will be introduced according to the level of those attending. The angaharas (arrangements) taught will consist of Nrtta angaharas, kriyas and mudras interwoven with pranayamas, mantra, and dhyāna. Through this process the student gains practical and living experience of the sun’s journey through the seasons.
