The retreat will serve to introduce those parts and practises in hatha yoga that are suitable for women, during the transitions and stages of Menses, Pregnancy & Menopause.
Open level for all female yoga practitioners.
If you wish to register for this course and are not a Shadow Yoga student, you will need a short screening consult via zoom to determine if the course is right for you. Please email contact@shadowyoga.com to make a suitable time.
Programme
- Arrive Sunday: class before dinner
- Monday–Tuesday: two classes each day
- Wednesday morning: final class before breakfast and departure
We will be staying at Wybelena Organic Farm

Three meals a day of a vegan nature will be provided.
The property is about 40 minutes drive from both Collangatta (OOL) and Ballina (BNK) airports.
We will setup a WhatsApp group and put people in touch with each other to facilitate transport options.
Note regarding cancellations
As the accommodtion has been secured at very special pricing we will not be able to offer refunds for cancellations. Once full we will endeavour to sell your bed (in which case 80% of the cost will be refunded) and maintain a waitlist if sold out.
Please cover yourselves with travel insurance for the unexpected.
